Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Urban Gadgets. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best online shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (since most orders are Cash on Delivery, we do not process refunds back to card/online payment methods). Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different model, color, or variant? Contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any price difference between items will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used earphones, earbuds, and headphones (hygiene reasons)
- Screen protectors, skins, or films once applied
- Apple-branded products once the box/seal has been opened (Apple products are covered by Apple's own warranty terms, not our return policy)
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or free gifts included in the order
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock and your preference — no cost to you.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Message us on WhatsApp at 076 48 22901 with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide drop-off/courier instructions
- Items can be dropped off in person at either location below, or couriered back at the customer's cost (unless the return is due to our error)

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds/exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days. Bank transfers may take a few additional days to reflect depending on your bank.
