What's Not Covered
- Physical damage, including drops, cracks, or water damage
- Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear (cable fraying, cosmetic scratches)
- Loss or theft
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a description (or photo/video) of the issue
- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or repair depending on the product and issue
- Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase — this is required for all warranty claims
